Article 1 : Shipping policy for your package
General shipping terms and conditions
Orders are generally dispatched within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after order confirmation. This is provided as an indicative estimate only and may vary depending on operational capacity.
Once the order has been confirmed by our team, delivery will occur within 2 to 5 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding french public holidays) for mainland France, Andorra, and Monaco, and within 5 to 15 business days for other serviced countries, except in cases of force majeure or exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including, but not limited to, customs delays, strikes, logistic disruptions, or extreme weather conditions).
In all cases, the maximum delivery time will not exceed 30 calendar days from the date the order is confirmed, unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.
If this maximum delivery period is exceeded for reasons other than a force majeure event or exceptional circumstances, the customer may request order cancellation and a full refund, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Parcels are shipped via an external carrier and include a tracking number. Regardless of the delivery option selected, a tracking link will be provided by email once the parcel is shipped.
Shipping fees include handling and packaging costs as well as postage. Handling costs are fixed, while postage varies depending on the total weight, value, and destination of the parcel. To reduce shipping charges and environmental impact, we recommend combining all your items into a single order (special terms for pre‑order items are specified later in these Terms). Please note that we cannot combine separately placed orders, and shipping charges will apply to each order individually.
Packaging is carried out to ensure the protection and safety of your items during transport.
Shipping conditions for pre-orders
If your order contains one or more pre-order items, it will be shipped in a single shipment on the latest official release date among the products ordered. This means that the shipment will only be made once all items are available. No partial shipments will be made.
To receive products that are already available (or those with an earlier release date) more quickly, we recommend placing separate orders.
Conditions for free shipping under certain conditions
Shipping costs are free on orders exceeding €150 including VAT, excluding delivery costs, for delivery to a pick-up point in France, and €300 including VAT, excluding delivery costs, for home delivery.
The home delivery offer for orders over €300 excluding delivery costs is available to customers who will be delivered to the address provided in the following countries: Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Norway, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland and Czech Republic.

The offer does not apply to sales concluded before 21/12/25 00:00:00 CEST. For more information, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Article 2 : Return policy
We want to ensure your complete satisfaction when shopping on our website specializing in board games and trading cards. If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return it to us.
Return policy
- The return request must comply with the general terms and conditions of sale available on the website.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unopened, unused, and with their original packaging intact.
- Limited edition products, special promotions, or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the case of a proven defect.

Return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are applied in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale. If no specific mention is made therein, in the event of an error on our part (defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs with insurance and offer an exchange or a full refund for this specific case.
- In other cases, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. We suggest you to take insurance when sending the parcel.
Refund
- Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected after taking some point of test like : authenticity, conditions, ...
- If approved, the refund will be made within 14 days using the original payment method.
We recommend that you use a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
Article 3 : Receipt of an order
General terms and conditions of acceptance
After receiving your order, you have fourteen (14) days to report any issues with one or more products in your order by submitting a complaint. We strongly recommend that you refuse delivery or make a note of any issues with the carrier if the package appears to be damaged.
